Please note

A callout and labour fee is charged for the visit, which covers the engineer’s time, diagnosis and repair work. In most cases, this is a one-time charge even if a follow-up visit is required.
If additional parts are needed, you will only be charged for the parts on the return visit. We use only original manufacturer parts and provide a 6-month guarantee on all replaced parts

How do we operate?

The first thing that London Fusion Repairs performs is to do diagnostics of the faulty appliance.

Once the problem is identified, we provide a further quote for the repair. If an engineer has the part in stock, with customer approval, we can fix the appliance immediately.

If a part is needed, we will order it, and when available we will install it on your appliance. If the repair is found to be uneconomical we will provide replacement options.
