‣ If you are a landlord/agency, you must pay before the engineer visits your property. If the invoice is unpaid, the appointment will not be confirmed.
‣ Confirmed jobs visited by our engineers in the agreed time-slot and NOT granted access by the customer are subject to a charge of £45 + VAT.
‣ For the rest of the services we provide, we quote on-site as they vary depending on the specifications
of any particular job.
‣ 🅿️ All Parking fees related to the job are covered by the customer.
